New: Freestyle BMX has just invested in a full size competition size Skatepark, this park will be used for not only the BMX Games but other comps around Australia. This will no doubt open mean doors for comps in Australia, placing them more in the publics eye with better venues and locations.. Say tuned for a Freestyle BMX comp near you.

Events: You may have heard reports of a brand new concept of hosting the first Snow Boarding style half pipe for BMX. Well Red Bull have released the dates and the location 24th- 25th at Mt Beauty in Victoria. For those how know nothing about this, picture this a 120m long half pipe, with dirt hips, wood wall riders and sub rails and now dig it into a nice green paddock on the side of a hill and there you go.

News: Newton's Play ground was a complete success with over 40 riders competing and let's say enjoying the festival atmosphere. Cameron Pianta took out the tittle with narrowly betting Dane Searls who scoredand with the young up and comer Jaie Toohey got the last seat on the podium with 3rd. Talks are underway to make this event a bigger and better in 2009.. So stay tuned, if you like dirt you won't to miss it!

News: The 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing China will not only haveBMX Racing in it, but Bestwick and a couple of the of other guys will be doing a Vert demo.. in hopes that Freestyle BMX will be in the 2012 Games.. its still all fresh at the moment.. once its all comformed we will bring it to you.

What's My Scene survey competitions winners, congratulations to Jacob Copper 1st , Thomas Glew 2nd , Coles Moonee 3rd and Scott Mulry 4th all picking a some great prizes from Colony BMX, Forgotten Bikes, Felt Bicycles, Proper, Bicycle Union, Metric Clothing, Coalition , 2020 and Simple Bikes.
That's for all of these companies for supporting the first national survey of Freestyle BMX.
